A Success story is a very strong tool that reflects our community’s development and progress over time. It is very powerful because it shows us what is possible. Publishing an old success story aims to honor a Community Champion and to show who the real heroes are.
ZghartaPedia aims to:
Revive old and forgotten success stories and community champions.
Introduce them to new generations as role models.
Send the message to all existing and wanna-be entrepreneurs that our community doesn’t bury success with its maker.
Encourage new generations to follow their dreams and become community champions for generations to come.
What Is Entrepreneurship?
Entrepreneurship is the dynamic process of identifying, creating, and pursuing opportunities to innovate and bring about positive change in the marketplace. Why ZghartaPedia
Our history is laden with pride. We recount and boast about our heroes, patriarchs, blessed on the path of sanctity, presidents of the republic, politicians, artists, novelists, writers, painters, sculptors… As for them, we do not mention them. Entrepreneurs, we do not mention them.
ZghartaPedia initiative came to shine a light on courageous and innovative initiators who have carved their names across all sectors at home and abroad, yet they… are forgotten. They took initiative at a time when it was difficult and challenging, many times more than today. They took initiative and took risks. They worked tirelessly in a time without technology, communications, business incubators, expertise, specialists, and other means that aid success.
They did not seek wealth. They did not seek fame. They did not seek immortality. They sought success. For success does not come alone; it brings with it wealth, fame, and immortality. And immortality is what we seek to contribute through this platform. ZghartaPedia is committed, yes committed, to reviving success stories that were inevitably heading towards disappearance. We will shine a light on their sacrifices and achievements, and we invite you to help and engage with this platform to keep these achievements alive, refusing to bury them with their creators.

تاريخنا مثقل بالاعتزاز. نسرد ونفاخر بأبطالنا، بطاركتنا، طوباوي على درب القداسة، رؤساء للجمهورية، سياسيين، فنانين، روائيين، كتّاب، رسّامين، نحّاتين… أما هم، فلا نذكرهم.

مبادرة زغرتا بيديا جاءت لتسلط الضوء على مبادرين شجعان وخلاّقين حفروا أسمائهم في جميع القطاعات في الوطن وفي الإغتراب ولكنهم… منسيين. أخذوا المبادرة يوم كانت المبادرة شاقة وصعبة عشرات المرات أكثر من اليوم. أخذوا المبادرة وخاطَروا. عملوا بجهد لا يوصف بزمن ليس فيه تكنولوجيا، اتصالات، حاضنات أعمال، خبرات، أخصّائيين، وغيرها من وسائل تساعد على النجاح
